Right of withdrawal
I Received the Wrong Item:
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, please immediately contact our support team and provide the following information:

Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased items within 30 days after delivery, as long as they are in their original condition (please include the tracking number). Upon receipt of the returned item, the purchase price will be refunded. All returns must be registered with our customer service.

I Received a Defective Item:
If you have received a defective item, please immediately contact our support team with the following details:
- Your order number
- Which item is defective
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence (If your package was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service)
All claims for damaged packages must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Without proof of damage from a member of our support team, we cannot issue a refund, credit, or replacement.
I Received the Wrong Item:

- The name of the item you did not receive

- A photo of the item you received
Exchange: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the product to us and then ordering the correct item.
For Defective Products:
If the product is defective, damaged during transport, or otherwise faulty, return shipping costs will not be charged to you.
Returning Items:
If the customer purchased the wrong item, the item does not fit, or the customer no longer wants the item, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs and should provide a return receipt.
